In coordination with the Program Manager for the International Relations, African Studies, and Latin American Studies undergraduate programs and the Liu Scholars program, the position plans and coordinates student activities, and performs clerical, administrative and financial processes that support the Liu’s mandate and event bookings. The position interacts with service providers and resolves concerns as necessary. In addition, this position supports the Administrative Coordinator with financial matters. This position also maintains the Liu Institute facilities including, A/V, building repairs, scheduling security, and set-up for events.
Full-time, possibility of extension.
