Clean Energy Canada is a climate and clean energy think tank within the Centre for Dialogue at Simon Fraser University. We work to accelerate Canada’s transition to clean and renewable energy systems.

The Senior Policy Advisor (Federal) is responsible for:
- National and Federal policy development—engaging with the federal government (and supporting engagement with provincial governments as needed) on clean electricity, clean transportation and clean growth.
- Strategy—leading the development and execution of Clean Energy Canada’s strategy for federal engagement, as well as contributing to the development of regional strategies in Ontario, B.C. and Alberta.
- Communications—engaging in research, writing and outreach (including media, networking, speaking events and social media) to share evidence and success stories of the transition to clean energy. Includes preparing for and participating in reactive issues management.
The Senior Policy Advisor reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with the Policy Director, senior policy advisors in Ontario and B.C. and other members of the Clean Energy Canada team.
