SHRA's objectives are to rehabilitate the degraded and degrading environment and dispersed poor families, victims of civil wars and conflicts; to combat brain-drain of African professionals through all possible means so as to reduce poverty and promote sustainable development; and to enhance enlightenment activities on rural and urban economic development problems to the outside world.
