What do we need to know about global food security and poverty?  What are some of the solutions we should be pursuing?  How can one person make a difference?
These are just some of the questions that will be explored during Food for All 2011:  A Conference on Poverty and Global Food Security.  The day features an exciting line-up of speakers, delivering ideas and calls to action in short and engaging talks, followed by interactive workshops with others who are passionate about ensuring food security and ending poverty around the corner and around the world.

Food for All 2011 is presented on Saturday, October 15 by the Working Group to End Global Poverty, a Vancouver-based coalition of international humanitarian and human rights organizations.  This day-long event is geared towards youth 16 to 30 but anyone with an interest in food security and global poverty is encouraged to attend.  The conference marks both World Food Day and the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
