Youth Event at the Sid Williams Theatre

World Community and the BC Council for International Cooperation (BCCIC) would like to invite your students to a Youth Event at the Sid Williams Theatre on Friday, Feb 5th. The afternoon will include a screening of the film Garbage Dreams as well as 8 short films (2 min.) that are part of a National initiative designed motivate young people in BC to take concrete action on international development. Zac Whyte from the Comox Valley Regional District will introduce Garbage Dreams. Zac recently traveled to the film site in Cairo, Eqypt and has many stories to tell.
