CIL works with government departments and agencies, NGOs, as well as private sector enterprises with international involvement to develop training programs designed with a view to maximizing the acquisition of the intercultural skills vital to a successful international experience. As well, our current research activities, publications and discussion papers are a crucial pillar of our work and continue to support our core activities. CIL’s provides additional tools to help achieve policy and program objectives in intercultural environments.
