As society’s challenges become more complex and interconnected, organizations are being challenged to work differently. Leading organizations are seeking new approaches to support their organization’s mission and many are turning to cross-sector partnerships to benefit from the power of collaboration. Partnerships and collective impact initiatives are enabling access to new resources, skills and credibility to enhance organizational capacity and effectiveness. But partnerships are hard work for those involved and success is not guaranteed. The people involved in the partnering process are key and this webinar introduces participants to the principles and processes to building effective partnerships and provides insights into how to seek and find the right partners with a focus on civil society and private sector partnerships.
