As society’s challenges become more complex and interconnected, organizations are being challenged to work differently.  Leading organizations are seeking new approaches to support their organization’s mission and many are turning to cross-sector partnerships  to benefit from the power of collaboration.  Partnerships and collective impact initiatives are enabling access to new resources, skills and credibility to enhance organizational capacity and effectiveness.   But partnerships are hard work for those involved and success is not guaranteed.
